A Belgian Tripel brewed with a substantial amount of Blue Agave nectar. On first sip I thought this might have seen some barrel time, the blue agave nectar gives this a very distinctive taste. Interesting and quite enjoyable!

Untapped style notes say "aged in maple syrup barrels with vanilla beans." Front and back labels on the bottle say "aged in bourbon barrels, maple syrup and vanilla extract added." I'm going w/the bottle labels as MY final answer! Tasty regardless!
