Drinking this while decorating Christmas cookies. This is amazing! The maple flavor is very strong.

Backwoods bastard is great, this is not as good, with very sweet start all maple syrup smell and some toasted flavors the original dirty/angry bastard is lost. Haying said that, the flavor is still good just should have named it something different imho.

Unreal. This has the bread and malty taste with a little sweetness on the back end. Tastes just like French toast in a bee from. The scotch ale gives the traditional caramel notes. Would have many more.

This tastes like an alcoholic bottle of maple syrup. I love Backwoods Bastard, but this version is far too sweet for my taste

Maple and butterscotch in the aroma. Taste brings those flavors, but adds a dash of cinnamon and the brunt crust of a Belgian waffle. So good!
