Chestnut w/beige foam. Aroma of absolutely butter-&-maple-drenched french toast. Palate hits the nuances of toasty-bready-mapley-buttery warm stacks, w/cinnamon & vanilla within bounds. One of the best 'variants' I've had in a long while.

This tastes like fancy French toast on Christmas morning! Excellent cinnamon, maple & vanilla notes with the bourbon barrel. Paired well with a bacon cheddar cheeseburger with guacamole & maple baked beans.

Great nose and flavor. Vanilla cinnamon maple syrup all around. Little oak and bourbon too. Great stuff. 4.35ish

Had a 4 ounce pour which was good. Really liked it but definitely donāt think could do much more. Would be too sweet.

Way better warmer (ābasementā temp). More nuanced flavors come out. Barrel more apparent in the finish. I still think the adjuncts could be dialed back a click, but Iāll be damned if this isnāt the most French Toast-like beer Iāve had. Great aroma, too.

Definitely one of the sweetest French toast styles Iāve had but the bourbon flavor is a wonderful compliment. Gets sweeter with every sip

Cinnamon comes in at the end but itās the maple and vanilla that catches you upfront. Runs lighter than I anticipated not as thick as as others.

Loads of maple. Really good, but nearly too much or too artificial. Paired well with Wake Up Wednesday breakfast for dinner.

Lots of maple on the nose. Cinnamon throughout the sip. Not sure itās an improvement on the base BB.
