New KBS! Chocolate heavy mocha with subtle bourbon vanilla & chili pepper on the nose. Taste mirrors the aroma perfectly. More chocolate than coffee here with subtle bourbon vanilla & chili pepper flavors. Subtle oak barrel as it warms up. Pretty good!

Aroma: strong dark roast coffee with subtle scents of dark chocolate, bourbon, vanilla & oats. Taste: oatmeal creme pie with dark mocha & bourbon cream finish. Still love what the aging did with this stout. Roasted bitterness at the end with mocha notes.

From this weekend finale! Simply put, this smells like French toast. Tastes like French toast with cinnamon, maple & vanilla with subtle notes of toffee, cherry, bourbon & oak. Phenomenal!

Had this how many times & only now just getting to it?! Aroma simply is coffee, dark chocolate & bourbon vanilla oakiness. Taste mirrors smell perfectly. Can be both boozy sweet & heat. Surprised me that as it warms up that flavors of oatmeal emerges.

Interesting take on dessert. Aroma does get both raspberry & chocolate, sort of syrup with cocoa powder. Taste is a well-roasted stout with dark chocolate truffle filled with raspberry jelly. Extremely smooth body & mouthfeel. A really good nickname, eh?
