I’ve been cellaring this a little over a year. I feel like it has stood up. The maple syrup flavor did dissipate a little as expected.

This is one outstanding sipping beer. This is an excellent stout with some great chocolate and maple flavors.

I was hoping that aging might take away the coffee flavor a little. Not really.

It feels like it’s trying really hard after that Lift Bridge 2014. Really sweet tasting the Lift Bridge Silhouette 2014. It’s a maple chocolate candy bar. Hahaha

Didnt realize i was popping a 10.2019, hunt for more begins again haha. Great roast coffee upfront nd choc backend. That maple used well to balance the boozy Ba.

OMG. So much flavor....hints of the maple syrup and a freshly baked chocolate cake. Almost heaven WV! 🍻. I know a pediatrician that will love this brew. Look forward to sharing it.

Founders Brewing makes great stouts, and this is no exception. You can taste the chocolate and coffee right away. Bourbon aftertaste, which I like. Drinks well for a strong beer.

Bottled 10.04.19 1440 6. Fruity and boozy on the nose, but the same cocoa on the palate. Aftertaste of baking chocolate.
