An exquisite brew that will hopefully be resurrected. Final judgement after the KBS variant flight: CBS 2019 > Espresso KBS 2020 > KBS 2019 > Maple Mackinac Fudge KBS 2020.

I really am a huge fan of this beer, even though it is possible that the new Maple Mackinac Fudge might actually edge it out. I seriously followed this beer with each release, & I have never been disappointed. Maple, cocoa, subtle Bourbon, well-balanced.

Well, the rider is gone. But the taste is still there! Sweet, dark, rich and delicious! This is good!

9.24.19, bourbon roasty nose, dark brown with thick tan foam, roasty bourbon sweet rich, perfect birthday beer!
