Nose has a odd, antiseptic quality but thankfully that doesn’t carry over to the flavor. Getting some notes of apricot and very subtle tropical fruit. Decent but could use some improvement. Cheers

I’m diggin the KBS variants. Lots of cinnamon overlays a subtle vanilla sweetness with notes of cocoa, roasted coffee, and dark chocolate rounded off with a boozy barrel finish. Cheers

Cellared this for a year. Barrel is still prominent. Not noticing a lot of difference. This one will stand up well on the shelf for quite a while.

Might be too cold. Nose is very subtle. Hints of vanilla and coffee. Flavor is very barrel forward and ends with a flourish of cinnamon, vanilla and cocoa. Cheers
