Grabbing one from the cellar. Had this one before but definitely worth the repeat. Chocolate for sure and that maple syrup sweetness. The booziness has toned down for sure. So freakin good.

Stout signaling end of summer. This has lost some off its fastball. Boozy, maple not really present, cola and bitterness on finish. Still good, but not great.

The flavors in this can’t get any better. Rich and full. The body seems to have thinned out a bit. Still a fantastic beer. I still have two more, but I won’t save them too much longer.

She was the last one sitting all by her lonesome at Bueche’s. Snatched her up. Tasting wonderful. Maple shines with subtle coffee and chocolate. Little barrel.

Been aging for a while. Found this 2019 variety CBS last year at a small grocery store in Auburn, MI.
