There is the boozy chocolate maple I have enjoyed for years. This beer is so good if you like high gravity stouts It was bottled on 10/8/19 and 3 years and 3 months later it's still great. Still holding onto another 4 bottles for myself and 2 for Joe Ađ

Great subtle. Extremely solid pour and disappointing itâs no longer produced. Doesnât blow my socks off with flavor or uniqueness but a very solid pour. Not a lot of maple coming through.

Ripened on maple sirup barrels. Aged for 4 years.

I figured I would finish off the trifecta tonight. The small bottles, I find, are hit or miss for CBS. This one is quite good.

Nose quiet discreet but very well blended bitter chocolate, coffee and distinctive barrel-aged character. Not too boozy, smooth and deep. I likes!

The only thing better than CBS is aged CBS. It has mellowed but still with sweet chocolate booziness.
