Going to the top shelf of the beer cooler. Went with Founders original barrel-aged brew, CBS. In honor of Edmonton making the Stanley Cup Final.

120 Minute IPA (2024) G

Sweet Jesus. Normally I would not drink an IPA that had an ibu over 20. Nectar of the God's. Tastes like a low ibu beer while still coming in it 15.5% alcohol. Pricey, but damn good. Hazy, crisp and easy on the palette. Hopping for 120 minutes, oh yeah

Founders needs to add this to their year-round list. The original barrel-aged brew. None finer. The coffee, chocolate, and bourbon aspects are spot on for this beer.

Still good considering this was bottled 12/05/2022. Like a fine bourbon, this beer has aged well. Founders need to bring this back in 2024.

Wow! Considering this brew has 90 IBU's, it does not have a heavy, hoppy taste. Like it's sister, from a few years ago, 120 Minute, this is an excellent brew. Crisp and refreshing.

Chocolate Cherry KBS G

Another bourbon aged beer from Founders. Was surprised that this was bottled back in Dec 2022. Hence the 4.25 rating. There was no 2023 production. In bottle for 14 months and still holding it's flavor.
