A massive boozy imperial stout with notes of bourbon, chocolate, roasted coffee and maple syrup. CnB pulled this out of production keg from the cellar and it’s here to enjoy while it lasts!

Just shy of 3 years in my fridge (bottled 9/2019). The rich, sweet, maple & chocolate is more in the background. Boozy, astringent notes are more pronounced. But still good, eh?

Held onto this to celebrate a special occasion and the last two weekends in March couldn’t have been any more special. Just didn’t have time to sit and enjoy it until now.
