Cherry & wood notes are leas pronounced on the front than I remember from previous years….more vanilla. Booziness on the finish seems a touch more pronounced. A little different but still awesome!

Still gooood after 3 years in my cellar. Boozy sharpness is more front & center than before while the soft, sweet maple has receded a bit…

Just shy of 3 years in my fridge (bottled 9/2019). The rich, sweet, maple & chocolate is more in the background. Boozy, astringent notes are more pronounced. But still good, eh?
