Needs to integrate more. Cinammon is a little to disconnected and strong.

Wake Up World Wide Stout (2022)
Super strong coffee. More than most coffee stouts. Almost a little too rich

The maple syrup is very sweet, but tastes less like maple and more floral. Surprising flavor but very good.

More bitter than I prefer in a barleywine. It's still good, but I prefer a more malty sweet barleywine with a lightly bitter finish.

Curmudgeon’s Better Half (2018)
Shame I'm not sharing it with my friends. I'm watching the Petra concert video from the 80s, Captured in Time and Space and sipping this elixir. If a friend sees this post and comes to my house I'll share the bottle. Otherwise, all for me!

An excellent example of the style. Mty, sweet, a touch nutty, a little biscuity. Nice.

Aged well. Bourbon is strong. Malty sweet and a touch smoky

500 ml bottle did not age well. Very disappointed. This one usually does better.
