Bottled 9.25.19 Maple syrup rushed out as I cracked it open Surprising head and retention for it's age Maple, chocolate, sweet and slightly milky No alcohol burn or heat for this 11.3% monster. Danger!

Bottled 9/16/19. Coffee flavor is sort of still there, maple less so, and chocolate is mostly indistinguishable from the malt character. No barrel character at all. This was probably fantastic two years ago.

The best description for this is balanced. Maple, chocolate, roasty malty BA flavors are all subtle but come together in a balanced and tasty treat.
