Roasted, mellow, coffee is the first smell and taste, then chocolate, followed by the maple syrup flavors. Excellent

oh my, this one has definitely mellowed nicely. still plenty of bourbon on the nose but just hints of booze remain otherwise. mouthfeel’s velvety smooth n almost light, easy drinking chocolateness. gonna haft to raise this one a quarter. 🪙

Absolute belter from founders. One of my all time favourite beers. Super complex and wonderful flavours. The maple is a touch too subtle, but it’s there. The 2019 was really barrel forward after 2 years of ageing 👍🏻

Absolutely Top 10 quality!! Full of dark, rich and boozy flavors. Aged for almost 2 years...

This ages very well. Only one left from 2019 and will save it for next year. So smooth and love the chocolate and maple notes.

Maple and chocolate nose. You'd better like that barrel aged sharpness - if you do, this is an amazing beer. Mostly chocolate and maple, a little roast.
