Aroma is surprisingly caramelly and malty, like a Trappist ale. Flavour is sweet and sour, there’s some grapefruit, some caramel. It’s a bit drying. Thick. Nice.

Last one for today... what a rollercoaster of flavours. Sourness, saltiness and sweetness are all playing part here. Tequila and grapefruit, honey and salt. With the Dude watching 😜

It’s solid. It’s actually very sweet which was unexpected. The salt helps balance it out though. I feel like I taste more orange than grapefruit as well. Agave all day with a hint of tequila in the finish.

Det var nyt for mig. Gose brygget med agave plus grapesaft. Fadlagret på tequilafade. Jeg var vældig skeptisk, men det virker forbløffende godt. Fadlagringen tilføjer dybde og rundhed til smagen, som virkelig klæder den.

Tegenvaller. Na een paar slokken overheerst het (te) zoet over het zuur. De tequila vaten en grapefruit afwezig. Disappointing. After a few sips, the (too) sweet dominates over the sour. The tequila barrels and grapefruit are absent
