Lovely. Opened 2024/05. Vanilla sponge cake nose, soft round mouthfeel with caramel, an orange pith and coriander and marshmallow core. Finish is moderately bitter and herbaceous, a bit of maple syrup and almond, warming pleasant glow.

Nath (2017) S

Amazing. Aged well, not much oxalic acid or rhubarb nose but nice old wood and oak and wheat soft funk, classic Cantillon

Porter S

Delicious. Coffee and chicory and cocoa nose, warming caramel milk chocolate but rounded off with a nice spice, medium dry body, some heat and earthy bitter a La baking chocolate

Juicy! Boozy tequila and grapefruit nose, sweet caramel round body from the agave, black Ceylon cinnamon apple tea finish. Semi sweet, warming cocktail

Oude Geuze White Vermouth Foeders S

Murky gold, high carb head falls fast. Distinct Boon geueze oak and dried apple notes with slight green tea, pronounced lemon, a hint of malic acid vineous character smoothing out the tart finish. Mellow light caramel corn slight oxidized finish. Yum!

Mamouche S

Mild sour lemongrass smell and sweet lightly oaked, mild tannin and vanillin palette. Has some lightly aged cheese nose ala beemster and a slight lemon lime effervescent floral finish
