Más Agave Grapefruit

Sour - Fruited Gose

The cocktail inspiration lives on. Our imperial gose is brewed with agave and sea salt before being aged in tequila barrels. But it doesn’t end there. Once it’s pulled from the barrels, it gets a dose of fresh grapefruit juice to ramp up the tanginess and to pay homage to our other favorite tequila-based cocktail, the Paloma. Sweet, salty, and mouth-puckeringly delicious. ¡Más Agave... Grapefruit!

Very very malty and salty up front. This isn’t it for me.

Imperial gose....salty, a bit tangy, and an agave/tequila like sweetness. Not much grapefruit but I'm okay with that. Very interesting beer!

Lots and lots going on here. I don't know much about this style of beer. Grapefruit, tequila and more. You can taste each one.

9.7%, Grand Rapids, MI, imperial gose, brewed with sea salt and agave, aged in tequila barrels and then mixed with some grapefruit juice. It’s interesting. A really nice combo of sweet and sour. Tequila is there but not overpowering. Very balanced.

Cerveza cóctel, con un poquito de todo para encantarme: pomelo, sal, agave, barril, un poquito ácida y muy refrescante, pero con toques dulces, y finalmente me encanta. Interesantísima.

Interesting… agave sweetness is quite heavy. Grapefruit is there. I can’t tell if it’s a bit malty thanks to the classic LCBO storage.

There's no grapefruit and there's no sour/tart qualities. Sugary sweet, due to the agave and the sea salt. But there's nothing much else to speak of. Tries to do too much, succeeds with very little.

Never had an imperial Gose before. Strong salt and Agave sugar with that earthy tequila barrel age. Grapefruit citrus is welcomed to cut through the syrupy body. This thing is a puckery punch.

Whoa that’s thick! Almost like drinking agave syrup. Salty. Wasn’t expecting any of what’s going on in this.

WHOOOOAAAAA!!!!! Not what I was expecting at all. The tequila barrel aging adds a sweetness, and first sip was almost like there was coconut there. Sea salt is evident. Not boozy at all for a 9.7%

These must be good luck. 20+ years since their last Stanley Cup victory, the Avs pulled it out in Game 6 vs. the Tampa Bay Lightning. So great. Happy for the players and organization. 😁🥅🏒
