Marvelroast

Golden Ale

Take in the wonder that is the marvelous – ahem – “marvelroast” new addition to our coffee beer lineup. We started with an imperial golden ale and brewed it with coffee, vanilla and cocoa nibs. But it doesn’t end there, folks. Milk sugar added during the brewing process lends a smooth and sweet finish, making this a delicious treat reminiscent of your favorite iced coffee drink.

This is a fun one. All the add- ins work, on different levels and make a fairly boring style interesting.

A thicker than normal golden ale with creamy vanilla, coffee, and caramel flavors. Interesting

Lot of coffee and lactose on the nose. Seems sweet at first but finishes drier than expected.

Bit sweet. Coffee cocoa milk sugar make for a desserty golden ale. Good, but agree that 1 bottle is enough for a sitting. Pretty full/filling. 4+

Lekker hoor! Maar weer zo'n stijlbreker die meer aan een white stout doet denken dan aan een golden ale. Veel vanille, veel koffie verkeerd en een flinke schep suiker om het af te maken.

8% abv. A sweet golden Ale. Coffee roasted, cocoa nibs and vanilla. Lactose, full and creamy. Nice, interesting style. Awesome!

Iced milk chocolate coffee aroma. Flavors follow pale malty. Medium bitter, sweet and body. Lingering malted vanilla milk finish. Balanced and tasty.

Beetje vreemde gewaarwording; golden ale met de smaak van een latte macchiato. Koffie met karamel, chocolade, vanille en een romig mondgevoel door de melksuikers. Knap gemaakt en bovendien erg lekker.
