Klassinen WC tupla. Katkeruutta on hyvin, jopa riittävästi, harvinaista nykyään, siitä pointsit. Välillä tuntuu, et holi puskee vähä läpi ja se verottaa kyl kokonaisuudesta. Ei terävintä kärkeä kuitenkaan vaikka periaatteessa haluisin tykätä enemmän

(Last night) Powerful hop Giant of a brew, big malt backbone, boozy but balanced burn, bitter lingering finish.

Malt-centric, insignificant sweetness compared to what you see in 9+% abv these days. Grapefruit, pine & some earthy & floral vibes. High bitterness. A little harsh. Old school ‘imperial’s Plus for the lack of sweetness - would be great w. more fruitiness

Ipa old school, l'accent est mis sur l'amertume avec des notes résineuse, de fruit à noyau, fleural, une base maltée légèrement caramélisée. C'est pas mauvais mais assez facile à faire.
