Rich and creamy, sweet without being overwhelming, coats the tongue nicely. A rare recipient of a full 5 star review, I will actively seek this beer out in the future.

Was not expecting this random restaurant to have Rubaeus?! Next move with Mack and Sara Emily, loved smashing burgers and grabbing a beer with them!

Less tart than regular Rübæus. Creamy, light. Vanilla, white chocolate, raspberry.

Subtle flavor not robust. Lingering finish, does leave you wanting more flavor.

Still good, but not nearly as much as when I had it in Pitt a couple years ago. Could be the difference of a new batch. Founders, if you changed the recipe, shame on you. It was AMAZING before. It's definitely lost the richness of flavor and sweetness.
