I like any good fruit beer in a tequila barrel and this is that. Sweet raspberry nicely complimented but not over powered by the tequila flavor. Might be able to use a bit more barrel character

You really taste and feel the tequila. Blends perfectly with the raspberries! Blushing Monk might be my favorite overall beer, and this one takes it to a new level.

Monk is better. But what can you expect from the Padre? Definitely a boozy delight. Great bouquet. Age helps. Yum.

Raspberry jam right out of the gate and lasting approximately 9 days. Tequila barrel layers on the sweetness (dodging cloying!) and closes crisper, slightly herbal, and clean. Tequila edge lingers late.

Great raspberry flavor with an almost margarita like feel to it . The ABV is not hiding but is not overwhelming either. Highly recommend this venue if you ever get to Norfolk.
