The tequila is subtle, which is a good thing. Retains the original character, but a noticeable layer added. Some people felt like it shouldn’t have been aged. But I think is was a welcome change of pace, without disrespecting a good beer.

Strong tart fruity flavor, almost like juice. Excellent fruit beer.

Awesome beer. Tequila barrel aged blushing monk. Sweet with a dry finish. Definitely getting it to go.

I am impressed. I don’t like tequila-based beers. But this is incredible. Balanced, tart, salty and sweet.

Wow. Just wow. Similar flavor as the monk, but finishes with a very camphorous, tequila barrel = goooood.
