Bottled in april 2021, buying at the sterk in july 2021. Trying this beverage to reach the Olympe sky, today, for the lunch time, at Epalinges. This one was good, subtle, syrupy, hidden alcool witn a effect after, so fruity, touch of pear and agave, good.

Cocktail inspired imperial gose (9.7%!) with a unique taste. It feels like a tequila, it's slightly salty, quite sirupy, agave gives it a unique flavour and you can clearly feel as well that the product was barrel aged. Lovely but too sirupy for me.

Complexity in near perfection. Barrel aged sweet pears, berries slight tartness 9.7 abv and no sign of alcohol.

Une belle réussite, hyper originale et bien plus agréable à boire que la Mas Agave citron. Le sel est peu perceptible par contre. Figue de barbarie (prickly pear ça veut dire ça, pas poire) et agave pour un résultat hyper sucré. Trop facile à boire

What a great beer! There are so many flavors in this. Smooth, salty, slightly sweet and sour with an oak and berry finish. Gotta find this one near you. Could be the most unusual and complex beer I’ve ever tasted. Thank you, Brian!

Day 17 of the Founders Advent calendar & my 3rd version of Mas Agave. This Prickly Pear version is better than Lime, but not as good as Grapefruit. It has a beautiful & unique color. The power of tequila just isn't balanced well with sweet Prickly Pear.

Oranjebruin, amberkleurig troebel bier met een crèmekleurige. Aangenaam zoete geur van peren. Zoetige, siroopachtige smaak met een lekkere bite. Peren, agave, licht boozy, zurig, iets wrang met mooie tonen van bessen en meloen en een zoutig randje.
