It’s almost Fall, so had to try the Marzen. Lightly malty, easy drinker. Not enough flavor. It’s ok, but leaves something to be desired.

Golden/light amber. Malty and rich. A little sweet but comes off clean. The hop bitterness is subtle and just hits you a little bit after the maltiness fades. The sweetness tastes a little saccharine. A little more like a dark Mexican lager than a Marzen.

Mild malty aroma. Flavor is malty but crisp, with a touch too much bitterness on the finish.

Solid Oktoberfest with hints of pine. Medium malty character. Wouldn’t go out of my way to find again but no slouch either if you’re a fan of the style.
