I always like KBS, but this is just outstanding. Creamy head. Fantastic nose. The nuttiness blends well with the roast of the coffee and sweet of the chocolate. Good body (not too thick).

Cinnamon forward, then sweet, then toasty then vanilla extract. A tad bitter on the back end. Definitely feel the alcohol.

1st marzen of 2021!.... This will be the bar. 🥨 Nice head, I was able to pour it foamier than I thought it was going to be. Kinda nutty of front that's ok but it's really the back end where this shines for an American marzen. Great job using water salts
