Imperial brown with a bourbon barrel aged flavor - this one grows in me

BBA brown. Plenty of chocolate followed by a nice bit of coffee. I want more barrel in this, however. Bottled 8.27.20.

Been holding on to this for close to 10 months. Roasty and dark chocolate to the nose. Coffee not as strong, but still lingers on the finish.

Very smooth, strong bourbon taste with a hint of coffee! Full bodied, would be awesome on nitro!

Malt caramel chocolat, au nez fruit confit, plutôt douce, on ne sent pas tellement les 11,7°c ce n'est pas une stout ni un porter mais une brown ale

Bottled on July 2019. Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Brown Ale brewed with Sumatra Coffee. Fantastic Beer with Notes of Coconut, Vanilla, Wood, Coffee, Caramel and Toffee. Thanks Edgar M. & Amy B.!

Coffee. And sweet marshmallow. Bit sweet for me but mostly good. More porter than brown though.

Brown Ale, con notas de cafe, chocolate y se siente el sabor de la barrica de bourbon una cerveza fuerte pero bien balanceada.

Ordered this pretty much sight unseen at the bar. Surprised to see the high ABV. The heat doesn’t really come through that much.

Se siente la acidez del café. Notas fuertes a chocolate. Densa y pesada. Esperaba más barrica de burbon...algo leve a vainilla si nos ponemos creativos.
