Work meeting in Schaumburg, IL do r Evan's retirement. BBQ and beers at the office. Thought I had checked this beer before- decent IPA- hoppy and bitter.

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) Mendez

Pumpkin night at the neighbors last night, one of the few drinks or food w/o pumpkin flavor was this beer- maple and cinnamon flavors but a bit bitter. Taste didn't improve even after letting it sit for a bit. Still a decent barrel aged stout.💪🏽🥴

World Wide Stout - Bourbon Barrel Aged Mendez

Dogfish makes some of my favorite IPAs and this BB aged stout will be added to the list- sweet, chocolaty, malty, tasty and boozy👍👍

Frootwood Mendez

For a fruity beer this is not bad, maybe is the tastes of the bourbon barrels and maple syrup which enhances its taste.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa Mendez

Strong Imperial Stout (12%er), sweet flavor with hints of cinnamon, vanilla, and cocoa aged in Bourbon barrels.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2019) Mendez

This is a hard to find beer. Way to go Ann for finding this beer in Michigan. It’s better than KBS. Maple syrup, chocolate, and coffee flavors aged in Bourbon barrels- atta boy!

Underground Mountain Brown Mendez

This is a great Imperial Brown Ale- chocolate, coffee, bourbon barrel aged, and bouzy (11.9%er)🤤

Centennial IPA Mendez

Pizza & beer night. Costco Detroit Style Pizza👍 paired with a good IPA. It has a good balance of hops, malts, citrus flavors and sweetness. Yummy😋

Mango Smoovie Mendez

Hard work😉 pays off, Fitz brought me some of their left over beers😀 from Zach’s grad party. This beer is not bad for a sour, but it’s not my type😑. It’s a bit tart, wife will probably finish it.

90 Minute Imperial IPA Mendez

KBS Espresso (2020) Mendez

Was looking for a beer to relax this evening- this one will keep me awake. Strong coffee flavors but still sweet. Letting this beer sit for a bit improves its flavors. If you can get pass the strong coffee flavors it’s a very good beer.
