Good solid 4, maybe a bit higher but I can’t do tenths like my friend Charlie! Very tasty but not elite.

Flinke bak koffie en bourbon. Doet me denken aan een Irish Coffee.

You get the vanilla from the bourbon barrels, nice coffee kick. Not overly boozy for 11%. Opens up as it warms up.

Wow this is thick like oil. You can taste the bourbon barrels with lots of dark chocolate and a hint of coffee. But it’s super dark, super thick. I’m Randall, no can handle.

Sweetness sticks to your lips. Barreled and little coffee bite

Thick! But the better of the high ABV beers I've had in a long time.

Intensive notes of coffee. Some caramel, some malts wirh a woody undertone. Boozy in a warming pleasant way. Creamy, almost nitro-ish mouthfeel.

Underground Mountain Brown is a brown ale, not a porter or a stout. It’s got a roasty malty taste, but also there are Sumatra coffee beans in the mix and then it’s aged in bourbon barrels! And yeah, the abv is 11.9%. Interesting taste combo. 🍺

My starter beef for this Thursday evening. Might be my finisher too. Pretty boozy! Very enjoyable. I shoulda had Bfast for dinner with this.

Nice complexity from oak barrels, blend of malts for the brown ale, complemented with right amount of coffee. Getting more oak and booze as it warms up, but good imperial brown.

Very smooth. Coffee notes upfront and booze on the back end.
