Pulled from cellar to celebrate my last workday today before retirement from my day job on 12.31.22. Bottled 02.12.19. A lot of chocolate. Other flavors kind of run together with a little oxidation. Probably aged too long. Smooth and still good, though.

Strong coffee, a little chocolate, and just a hint of the bourbon barrel. A little boozy, but a fine stout all the same.

Quality stout. I get mostly liquorice, coffee, bourbon and oak characters. It’s not as sweet as I thought it would be which is ok.
