A rare one, strong bourbon taste. Give it a try if you want something heavy!

After it warmed up a bit the coffee mellowed a bit and the chocolate came out.

4.15 It’s fine, but it’s simply amazing how prolific quality stouts are now. This was “it” at one point, and now nothing about this wows me

Excellent barrel aged stout. An nice level of coffee and chocolate that doesn’t overwhelm you, but instead tastes great. Thank you to Joes Beverage in Romeoville.

Aged well. Bourbon shined early then faded. A bit thin body following Tree House stout.

Agree with the others saying it’s not the best version of it, still good but lighter in overall flavor

The one in the right. Still great, but not quite dense and smooth as 2018. Still, I would not turn one down. Great beer.

Still very carbonated. Didn’t change much- in fact may have lost some flavor.

Good stuff, big boozy bourbon, hints of coffee on a smooth chocolate stout base that suffers none of the thinness some extensively BA beers seem to, good to have checked this one of the "to try" list.

20$ for 750ml at Erik’s. Super strong coffee flavor up front. Very boozy! A treat for the worst work week every year. Excellent, but prob sat a bit too long, lost some ba taste, just coffee and booze now.

A classic coffee stout aged in bourbon barrel. With a mild coffeeish, light bourbon barrel, sweet roasted, toasted, black, biscuity malty, faint mochaish aroma, and a warmth bourbonish, black coffee, bitter chocolate, fruity roasted, toasted malty taste
