Loads of funk. Cherry takes a back seat but is still abundant. Dry with mild acidity. Very nice. Super Bowl beer!

Fairly standard Boon. Funky funky, lemony, little hoppy, with a slightly odd balance.

Gentle, bright geuze. Light notes of grass and lemon along with the barrel. Very nice. 3.8/5.

Nice apricot on the nose. Once it breathes it's an explosion of apricot. Very, very acidic finish with a nice light funk.

St. Lam ON TAP?! 🤯 Dry and a bit thin. The wine to geuze balance is wonderful. LOVE this bar so much. Great people!

Very nicely balanced. The fresh hopping and double ferm give it depth.

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2021) Miller

Minimal funk but the classic Cantillon flavor comes through. Flat as three day old soda. Ton of white wine (of course) and as some have noted, both tastes watered down and has hints of dill.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2019) Miller

6+ months in a crowler and this is still fantastic. Great beer.
