The coffee has all but vanished, but it’s left a ton of dark chocolate character and also let some of the bourbon char shine in a rather surprising way. An awfully suitable way to bid this long-standing cellar standard adieu!

Has a little burnt off taste but the bourbon notes have held up nicely.

Way past its prime. Oxidized and green pepper. Tastes like burnt cardboard.
