Nougat, coffee, chocolate, hints of bourbon, vanilla. Sweet, but easy. A bit dusty in the aftertaste.

BD 09/12/19. Geur pennywafels, chocolade/cacaopoeder, red wat (kunstmatig aandoende) pralines, wat koffie. Smaak sluit aan, bijna vol zoet, wat moutbittere (maar komt het daar wel vandaan, de koffie is ook nep?) afdronk. Opgefokte chocomel on steroids.

Väldigt mycket hasselnöt och lite kaffe i denna. Söt smak med lite bittert avslut.

Founders gör roliga mörka ales. Helt klart 😄 denna luktar av en Blanding mellan karamell och Nutella. Smakar sött och fylligt. Men har ändå en lätthet.

Imagine your bowl of ice cream. OK, now let it sit out overnight and then top it up with beer. VERY ice creamy nose, but the beer is not nearly as sugary as it smells.

It’s the 85% dark chocolate of Stouts. Not sweet & not bad just can’t place the flavoring on this one. The picture is prettier than this beer tastes. 😬

헤이즐넛향은 엄~~~~~~~~청 찐한데 맛이 전혀 못따라와주네.. 바디감이 라이트미디움 정도밖에 안되어 가볍게 느껴지고 단맛 위주로 맛이 전개되지만..향이 너무 쎄서 그거를 맛이 너무 못따라오는거 같음. 좀 많이 아쉬움.

Decent brew with a strong aroma. Heavy coffee, hazlenut, and caramel kick in...but the palate falls flat. Thin like overly creamed coffee with not much taste until the backend where it comes through with strong coffee notes. Not bad, but not great either.
