The mouth feel is a little thin but after all, it is a session black IPA. Nice roasty flavor, though. #CraftBeer

Roasted malt and piney, spruce aroma. Deep roasted malt, chocolate, pine, bitter, and spruce flavors. Full flavored for a session. Piney and chocolate aftertaste.

A session black ipa is an interesting idea thatβs executed well here. A little roasty but light enough to be sessionable

Poured a deep brown color, with great head retention/lacing, getting roasted coffee notes to the nose as well to the palate. Dark coffee and great amount of bitterness towards the end! Dry/piney aftertaste! For a session could be more lighter π»π€π½
