(Late check-in from yesterday) Just as the 2019 and 2020, lots of coffee and dark chocolate. Bourbon barrel. Hint of vanilla. Malty, roasty. Full. A bit boozy. Overall great balance. These just get better with age.

Cellared for four years: no noticeable improvement, but still amazing.

Still mellowing after 4+ years. Gotta start drinking down the cellar inventory or get another shelf.

Alcohol has really mellowed. Smooth intense chocolate and coffee. Outstanding
