Bottled on 3/7/2018, still good, a lot of coffee flavor, chocolate gone, a bit of bourbon.

Cellar cleaning. Somewhat thin and slightly astringent. Not bad, but not particularly great. Leaving old score.

Er is na 5 jaar en 12 dagen op fles niet heel veel meer over van de kracht van de KBS. Relatief veel houtsmaak met nog ergens wat geroosterde koffie en een vleug chocola.

Heerlijke volle neus van chocolade, caramel, iets warms als kruidnagel of kaneel ofzo. Als je dan een slok neemt is dit een mix van espreso en chocolade. Stevige knoepert!

Tää ei ole niin hyvä kuin aiemmat juomani kbs:t, selvästi enemmän paahteisuutta ja vähemmän makeutta sekä suklaisuutta.

TBTC to pre-covid times. This brew is still drinking pretty darn good, though some soy is starting to peek through. Best find the other 18s and send em home ;-)

I think it's the best year for KBS. Coffee held up, which is amazing. Beer and tunes, two great things that go great together!

The cellar just keeps on giving. And giving. And asks for nothing in return. But it does have a habit of just taking as well. 😉 3.875 now. 4.5 back in the day, fresh
