Can always rely on Biedermans pulling a delicious treat out of the cellar for the holiday.

Dark and malty with a heavy creaminess. Chocolate and coffee in this bourbon barrel flavor. This is a good brew every year!

I hope I got enough KBS to get me thru the Omicron Wave.

3 years aged. Strong breakfast stout smell. Great body with bourbon flavor. Booze has mellowed considerably from fresh.

Last one I had. First half of the bomber was super bourbon-forward, the second half seemed richer and smoother.

Still as rich as I remember after a few years in the cellar, and still some booziness. Full-bodied, and the barrel-aging comes thru.

From Dec 11. Saved this one for a bit. As good in a bottle.

So much chocolate and coffee. No alcohol sting despite a prominent taste of the bourbon, very smooth.

Gift wrapping beer. A bit faded flavor wise but always enjoyable.

Excellent smooth, well balanced bourbon barrel delight. Wow! Grand slam! Thanks for sharing Bud!

Still good, but tastes like it’s lost some depth. A bit thinner than I remember. Merry Christmas!

Oak, bourbon, and coffee very nascent. Chocolate, dark, is prominent

So light for a porter. Smooth finish and a hint of peppermint.

Drinking this, enjoying fresh homemade cinnamon rolls, my daughter is here and I’m calling out from work for the 1st time in 17 years. Life is good.

Blijft een fantastisch bier. Koffie, chocolade en een klein scherp randje van de bourbon

Sure. Why not? Coffee is fading, bittersweet/dark chocolate, roasted malts, charred wood from the barrel. Still potent and boozy.
