Blueberry throughout with the base beer. Chocolate present but coffee seems to take a big back seat.

Drinking pretty damn good after almost 5 years. Not as boozy and more tame. Still pretty sweet. Marshmallow. Caramel. Maple. Molasses. Maybe the faintest dates. Wish I had a couple more bottles.

Truly did not enjoy this and thought it was the weakest KBS variant but it is growing after each sip.Sweet and tart cherry with Java in aroma.Coffee dominates but leads to sweet cherry and bittersweet chocolate. Barrel presence mod compared to variants

Interesting. Brown ale with Java, dark chocolate and roasted malt. Great bourbon presence and vanilla followed by a smoothness from the lactose. Boozy

French Toast Bastard (Barrel Aged Series 2022) G.
Vanilla and maple in aroma....French toasty. Malty, maple, vanilla followed by cinnamon. Starts off sweet but finishes boozy and dry. BEER 4000!

Not necessary but tasty. Barrel provides some butterscotch and caramel. Smooth and slightest boozy

Outstanding variant! Very balanced. Maple syrup, java, oak, chocolate and fudgy mouthfeel. Not terribly boozy.

Solid beer. Hate to judge, but why bring your newborn here? I have 2 babies and would never do that. Gummy bears. Bing cherries. Slight funk, hay, grassy. Sweet throughout.

It's mellowed for sure but flavor is taking a nosedive. Oxidized. I'm sure It has to do with improper storage of the beer with my travels. Glad I drank it tonight.

Kentucky Breakfast Stout (KBS) (2018) G.
Sure. Why not? Coffee is fading, bittersweet/dark chocolate, roasted malts, charred wood from the barrel. Still potent and boozy.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa (2021) G.
Mouth feel is spot on. Cinnamon dominates with subtle vanilla bean. Java and cocoa nibs kick in at finish. Getting ready for Colin and Nikki's wedding! Day glassware tho

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter G.
Mild brown ale meets old fashioned. Vanilla is strong followed by citrus and touch of cherry. Very unique.

Not too bad. I was expecting more. A little messy. Too boozy and a fan of sweet side. Vanilla is very present while the maple syrup takes the backseat. Barrel provides booziness but dryness and woodiness. We shall see how this one ages. Thanks Sam H.

Aroma is 5 stars alone. The most intense in your face coffee. Espresso. Truly missed this beer. Bottled 1/4/21. From the bitter chocolate to the roasted malts to the fluffy oatmeal to the nutty and strong Java, this beer is truly amazing.

Nicely aged. Still potent/Bourbon. Espresso beans still there. Chocolate. Roasted malts. Almond. Really needed this. Been some time, Untappd!
