Hm, aging has not been kind to this. When it started fizzing over the top after popping the cap, I was worried. It's not bad, it's still pretty good. But I taste a tartness which the 2022 version doesn't have. It's probably infected so I'm not rating it.

Bottled 02.19.18. Going through the cellar to celebrate a new year (retired from day job). Happy New Year everyone! I initially got some licorice, but after 4 years, the flavor seem to run together. Hard to pick them out. Still very good and smooth.
