Coffee fell off, very very boozy, just had a couple sips. Trying to clean out the fridge! Bottled on 2/14/18. 💜

Pulled another out of storage. Mellows with age, allowing for some interesting depth to emerge. Less coffee, almost closer to bittersweet licorice.

Coffee is going green a touch, but still nice to try. Crazy how 'thin' this feels in the context of 20202 pastry

Raising a glass to Groundhog’s Day at The Grey Lodge. Figured this would beer would be in the spirit of the event. Long live The Lodge!

I don't know this beer's DNA, so I can't say if it's dark or not.

Moving down the line, the ‘18 is carrying its adjuncts a bit more effectively than the ‘17, even as it initially lacked balance. This is still carrying a ton of chocolate, but the body is noticeably thinner and the coffee is all but gone now.
