Hm, aging has not been kind to this. When it started fizzing over the top after popping the cap, I was worried. It's not bad, it's still pretty good. But I taste a tartness which the 2022 version doesn't have. It's probably infected so I'm not rating it.

12.31% Imperial Stout Aged well in the compound aging cellar. Coffee is the main player now and it tastes like it has no intention of fading. Then there’s the barrel, subdued by 3.5 years of aging. Then there’s the Stout, still delicious, and ABV hiding

After 4 years still in super condition. Nice balance of coffee, bourbon and roastiness.

Large Format, haven't seen one 9n a while, toffee, Coffee, vanilla, still a little bit boozy. Very delicious.

So boozy and rich! It mellows as it warms up and the chocolate really comes through. It lingers in the best possible way!

Sometimes you just see you've had a beer for 4 years and you decide it's time to drink it. Wow, what a great decision that was. Rich, boozy, velvety, bittersweet chocolate. It lives on your palette long after it's gone.

When brewing a breakfast stout, I think it's legaly required to drink a BS. This one brought back from Oz back in '19...it's so good mate!
