Just a little too coffee/espresso forward for me. It’s nearly all I tasted. I would prefer some additional maltiness or complementary flavor. Espresso lovers will love this! Lol

Espresso tastes moderately burnt this year. Barrel is alright but could be more pronounced and nuanced.

Wat is Founders aan het doen.. zelfde dunne KBS als de regular met extra koffie. Ruikt erg goed, maar is dun en eentonig qua smaak. Scherpe koffie-nabitterheid, gewoon vervelend. Klaar met KBS.

Hate to say it but this one is a huge disappointment. The nose is so acidic the coffee is an afterthought. The alcohol content is really aggressive also. I let it sit for awhile to try it at different temps but ultimately poured the last bit of it out.

lot 1357 very little barrel. Just thin coffee. But i heard that lot 1358 has more bourbon barrel.

Eh. Not really impressed with this one. The nose is much better than the actual taste.

This just didn’t have anything going for it. I’ve had too many other good BA beers this year. This doesn’t come close.

Allerede farven er gode tegn. Smæk på kaffe smagen, som holder længe. En smule smag af chokolade

Initial stout taste is very good which is expected, as a non coffee drinker ending is a mess of a bitter coffee grind taste

A bit thin for the style. Not bad, just unbalanced toward mediocre coffee/espresso.

Wow that’s bad. Terrible chalkiness and the espresso just burns. The old grey mare, she ain’t what she used to be, many long years ago!

Creamy mouthfeel. Roasty. Bitter chocolate. It’s very thin. Not much barrel.

コーヒーマシマシのKBS。ビールとして直に飲むのはきつい…バニラアイスがのったパンケーキにかけて食べたい。カフェインが強いようで、夜飲んだら眠れなかった
