Very chocolate....light coffee....very well balanced...slight burn on way down

A lot better than the Macknimack fudge version, better balanced with more bitterness. Excellent body and a good solid sipping beer that covers it's alcohol in rich layers of slightly bitter chocolate nib flavor. Kinda toasty, but not burnt.

Enjoyable bitterness as a good espresso. If you don’t like your stout to be too sweet this is really a good choice with also barrel flavor.

Bitter. Barrel-aged doesn’t always go well with chocolate but it works here.

Dark deliciousness..roasted coffee ..burnt malt..and classic barrel at the end has mellowed..this is drinking fabulous!
