Great nose and a decent flavor profile with a less good aftertaste. Boozy with chocolate and coffee notes that are distinct and good.

I think I was unfair in my criticisms of the beer initially. This has good balance of sweetness and tartness and is well directed to folks who like raspberry and rhubarb.

KBS Spicy Chocolate (2023) 3428
A bit spicy and chocolate with quite a bit of sweetness and malty character. Like a mix of xocoveza and a KBS, but with a bit more sweetness than either. I like the thickness and the flavor.

Canadian Breakfast Stout (CBS) (2023) 3428
Boozy and sweet beer. Really enjoyable but VERY syrupy sweet beer.

Neat and malty red ale... With a complex character and good cherry flavors. I wish more brewers worked with red ales, even if it's not necessarily my favorite (read highest rated) style. This one is competent but not the best I've had.

Utopias Barrel-Aged 120 Minute IPA 3428
Super duper strong and boozy with GREAT barrel flavor. Not as sweet as, e.g., a barleywine or an imperial stout, but still excellent. Tastes a lot like a barleywine though, and an excellent (if very hoppy) one.

Interesting and high flavored beer - grapefruit with a fairly strong banana aftertaste. Probably one of the best of the style I've had... Probably a result of the fruit addition and the non-standard (i.e. imperial) nature of this particular beer.

The pineapple is a stronger and simpler flavor than the others and comes through MUCH clearer and better. A better beer at the end of the day than the other Green Zebras. A pity it's discontinued.

Mild and okay mango sour. Clearly a more bulk sour than a lot I've had. Low flavor, but still very refreshing. I think I prefer the watermelon a little... but not enough for a score difference.

Salty and mild watermelon gose. Clearly (well) designed for a summer refresher and well received as such. Otherwise, kinda "one note" but nothing particularly wrong with that.

Very sweet and tart sour with a very crowd pleasing kinda peach flavor. Tastes quite good, but nothing superlative!

Strong and high flavor as you'd hope with this beer. Has the blueberry sweetness you might expect and a real blueberry flavor profile. It has lots of stout sweetness too and is good, excellent even, but not an improvement on the non-fruit version.

Really heavy, rich, thick, and properly sweet (but not too much). Just the way I remember this beer being. Maybe a little bit sweeter than I'd prefer but definitely not overwhelmingly so.

Also easy drinking and "all day" worthy. In line with the lineup.

Good and very malty IPA. Unusual style but neat if you like the style.

Really fantastic and just so pleasantly sour beer with big salty, sour, citrus flavor. Kinda reminds me of a mild and barrel mediated sweet and sour mix. Enjoyable but might be a bit much for some folks.

Super sweet and cinnamon with lots of maple syrup flavor. It even has a little egg flavor... Somehow. Still quite sweet and malty and enjoyable.

Still a solid benchmark oatmeal/breakfast stout. Thick, rich, flavorful and pretty sweet. It's good, and easily one of the better ones you'll find... But I've found more really good ones over the years.

Kinda reminds me of rye with its flavor profile. Also very mild in its hoppiness. Enjoyable and less heavy than you might expect. I dig it.

Sweet and weirdly spicy. This is an odd beer and one I don't find as nice as I thought I might. Not really a BAD beer but less complex and less enjoyable than a lotta beers like this tend to be.

Bottle Shop Series Highball Drifter 3428
A very sweet and fairly bourbon-y beer. It has orange zest flavors and a palate coating sweetness in the aftertaste. It's worth giving a try if you like candied imperial beers.

Very pumpkin-y. High flavor but not the best flavor I've had on a pumpkin beer. Could be a bit sweeter and maybe a little less cinnamon (only a little) but it's still quite good. I just might have overrated it the first time trying (or recipe change).

Very sweet cherry beer with a hint of okay aftertaste that reminds me of barrel aging, maybe in a bourbon barrel.

Very well balanced and strong with a metric ton of flavor. The alcohol still sneaks in around the edge making it hard to give a very high rating but it's very flavorful with a good deal of hops and sweetness.

Really sweet and has a lot of the hazelnut, chocolate, and coffee. Not as good as the original KBS but really good and definitely more of a crowd pleaser for those who like sweet coffee. I'd feed this to the beer phobic who like coffee drinks.

An excellent and complex barley wine ale. It's one of the best I've had. It was a bit bitter and roasty and piney. It's also a bit boozy with a little aftertaste burn.

Utopias Barrel-Aged World Wide Stout (2020) 3428
Heavy, oaky, and flavorful. I could recommend it to anyone who likes, or can even put up with, stouts. It is big flavorful and subtly sweet. This is a wine-like beer with lots of molasses sweetness.

KBS Cinnamon Vanilla Cocoa 3428
Really sweet with cinnamon and vanilla. Really rich and tasty with good roast and some chocolate. It's a good crowd pleasing variety of imperial stout.

A very mild sour beer with mango, ginger, and mild sweet flavor and a fairly substantial body. It's a good beer overall.

A light but strongly flavored IPA. Not super great flavors but they are definitely present and reminds me of biscuits.

Really decent hazy IPA with a little subtle peach in the flavor profile. Definitely not a strong beer either, but less watery than the Trooper preceding it.

Really enjoyable hop palate with a weird fruity-pebbles vibe without the artificial and over sweetness... But with a fairly berry flavor. It's better than fruity pebbles.

A very cherry beer with a good, lighter, Belgian ale palate. Reminds me very much of the Three Philosophers from Ommegang but less alcohol tasting and sweeter than I remember that being.

A lot better than the Macknimack fudge version, better balanced with more bitterness. Excellent body and a good solid sipping beer that covers it's alcohol in rich layers of slightly bitter chocolate nib flavor. Kinda toasty, but not burnt.

Chocolate and raspberry with some... Bacon notes in there. Smokey and weird. Very sweet too, with the raspberry forward on it. Still, kinda a muddled beer.

Underground Mountain Brown 3428
Very caramel sweet with dark chocolate. It's a good beer and definitely a brown ale with its sweetness. Almost tastes like a porter with the bourbon notes, but quite boozy too.
A good sour with a little saltiness. It has a decent amount of citrus for balance.
This beer is heavy and absurdly sweet. The sweetness and chocolate notes overwhelm a certain subtle complexity coming from its KBS roots. Frankly, the sweetness is good, and probably great for folks who like that... But I'm not one of those.
Very tart and salty with the sourness in the aftertaste. A fairly basic gose with a ton of watermelon sweetness, like, cloying sweetness that overwhelms the other flavors but also makes it a great summer beer.
