That’s intense coffee. It dominates the rest of the KBS deliciousness. Still pretty darn good though, but not quite the same enjoyment level as the original (or some of the other variants). Should have had this in the morning.

Not bad. I think that I like it better than just the original KBS. Bourbon taste is subtle and not over powering this stout.

Nice espresso nose. Rich and smooth with good coffee flavor and a slightly bitter finish with roast and dark cocoa. Bourbon warms throughout w/o overpowering.

4.1 - Minor step better than the last few years of regular KBS. I added some Veil DB maple syrup. That made it much better!

Delicious full mouthfeel. Strong chocolate and yummy espresso. What a damn treat!

Not as sweet or roasty as I thought. It's super balanced and doesnt taste like your typical 12% stout. Smooth and very layered.

Soooo good. Smooth. Heavy. Easy to drink. Desert beer. Your not going to down a 6 pack. Yummy.
