Stout - Imperial / Double Coffee

Variant of KBS KBS gets its coffee fix in the very first variant to come from our beloved bourbon barrel-aged stout. Yes, KBS may already be brewed with coffee, but it gets some extra oomph when it’s aged on espresso beans after being removed from barrels. The result is a fresh and snappy coffee twist on our classic barrel-aged beer. Who says you can’t start your day with a barrel-aged stout?

Pretty good. Didn’t realize this would be nitro but thankfully that doesn’t seem to hurt this. I fuckin hate nitro!

樽の乗り方がきれいで、樽由来の渋くてきつい酸がない。極深煎りのエスプレッソ、高カカオチョコレート、バニラ、コーヒーのまろやかな酸。青臭さのないボリュームのあるアルコール感があり飲みごたえもある。

Lots of coffee. Dark malts. Bourbon barrel and slightly boozy. The original KBS is better balanced, overpowering on the coffee beans.
