Starting the day off right. Damn good. Chocolate and coffee really come through. Smooth with a vanilla flavor as well.

Having w/ KBS Espresso & Maple Mackinac Fudge. Think I need to reassess what a 5 is. I liked the Baptist Reserve I had last night a little more but gave it a 4.75. So I guess I have to do some soul searching to find my inner truth. Or something like that.

Oct 2020 bottle. Decent time to drink it. Barrel not too overpowering and coffee and chocolate notes are at a good level. Good mouthfeel. 4.65ish.

After a year, it is smoother, & the chocolate coffee & bourbon are balanced more. But it leans a little more chocolate.
