Smooth with a roasted coffee & oak notes. Mild bourbon with a touch of brown sugar sweetness. Aged well with a slight spicy boozy finish

Founders Advent Calendar 2021 Day 18. Had to postpone this one since Nate and Shannon abandoned me for the weekend. Fantastic coffee throughout. Lighter barrel, but it’s well balanced and just a delightful sip.

A sok maláta és a hordó tódul egyből az orrba. Íze és ereje kirobbanó, már-már whisky-s. Kemény tétel, karcos és intenzív aromákkal. Kevés szénsav, több karamell és cukor... 4.10

Big coffee and a ton of barrel. This really did well with some time. Gets a little more metallic as it warms up

Still got a great bitter choc coffee taste and the underlying bourbon but I suspect the coffee has faded a bit over time.
