Selected brews I hadn't had, which was challenging. This is nice though maybe a bit maltier than I like. Yesterday's Big lake amber was better.

How is this a lager? It's so full bodied.

Super malt forward. Slightly sweet. Great red.

Light, yet still malty. Full. Unexpectedly good

A little to hoppy.

The lightness in texture and mouthfeel of a lager with the maltiness of a really light brown ale. Not really my cup of tea as I love full bodied brown ales and this teases me in that direction 😅

Very malty and full-bodied, this red lager has an unexpected—but very welcome—mild tannicity that gives the experience and mouthfeel a whole new dimension. Very good entry to Founder's lager collection! MyGrade: B (above average)

My immediate thought, is "super refreshing". Feels like an Irish red, cider, and an IPA at the same time. Got the front end of a hop forward IPA, has like a malty red middle, and the crispness of a cider at the end.

A bit bitter but smooth, a red ale with character.
